Vito Thomas Dienno, age 71, of West Chester, PA., died on Thursday, October 24, 2024, alongside his son in a tragic accident. Vito was the beloved husband of Sharon Cambria Dienno, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage. Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Italo F. Dienno and the late Jean Brandolini Dienno.
Understandably, Vito and Eric’s family is devastated. One thing is clear; Eric and Vito loved each other and were loved deeply by their family. The entire Dienno and Patton family requests your grace, patience, understanding and to refrain from judgement as they navigate their very complicated loss.
Vito was a 1972 graduate of Upper Darby Highschool where he met Sharon Cambria.
He was a Union Carpenter for Philadelphia Local 1050 and retired in 2010.
He enjoyed EVERYTHING but most of all his family. An avid gardener, an inventor, a fabulous oil painter, a carver of magical creatures, camping, talking to people, helping people, lounging in his pool, traveling, kayaking, biking, projects with his grandchildren and always taking care of his lovely home with his beloved wife, Sharon.
He will be remembered for his joy of life and his special ability to make people smile and laugh in any situation. His charm, humor, and deeply devoted love will be intensely missed.
Survivors include, in addition to his wife, Sharon; son, Dustin Dienno and his wife, Adrianne, of Flagstaff, AZ; daughter, Nikki Patton and her husband, Jason, of West Chester, PA, four granddaughters who adored their Pop-pop, Kylie, Kendall, Emi, and Ona; two sisters, Adele Dienno and Jeanette Reh; many in-laws, David Reh, Bob Meijers, Vicki Wooters, Chuck Wooters, Craig Cambria, Laurie Raczynski, John Raczynski, Glenn Cambria, and An Cambria; nieces, nephews, and loads of cousins.
